jogging
it was the end of 2008 where i put jogging in my new year's resolution...
and it took more than a year for me to do it... finally...
i'm not a sports guy that's maybe why i've been dancing all my life...
and after years in college of hearing everything about health...
there were times that i find it inviting to do some exercise(gym, jogging)
but i guess, nursing is a selfish course that it never left me time to do some...
so i waited... until i'm done with that one hindrance...
thinking is one thing... doing it is another...
the first is easy... the latter (sigh)
Kudos to me!
after my birthday....
i set my alarm... and the rest is history...
i was doing it... once a week....
the first time.... i woke up excited... and ended up exhausted...
the day after, my whole body literally was in so much
it did not stop me for i expected it...
the second time... redemption... it felt good... a little pain after but good....
so as the next and the next after that as well as the next to the next to that...
until...
it started raining... i deduced, due to our sunday prayer for rain (or cloud seeding probably)
and i never woke up early ever since...
i liked it... but now... i'm back to thinking of doing it.... once more...
i'm not giving up tho
ugh...
in fact i already made a playlist so when that morning comes... i'm ready....
so why jogging???
there are lots of home exercises...
i guess, i just see it the way is see why people dress up in weddings...
and seeing kate hudson doing it is such a turn on....
i met a few people during my jogging days... some old folks and some military people...
yes... definitely no kate hudson...
seriously...
